Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery of products, and leading a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Traffic Management - Scheduling workflow and understanding capacity within the Production Department.
  • Work closely with the Installations & Fabrications Manager to ensure product delivery on time.
  • Improve production workflows & ways of working.
  • Lead and inspire your team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Purchase materials that conform to quality and the requirements of the job.
  • Quality checking on final product prior to dispatch.
  • Work within the H&S framework of the business & understand risks and where they may occur.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large format manufacturing within the signage industry.
  • Production management experience (2 years +).
  • Knowledge of Vutek, Zund, Canon Colorado's, Roland, cutters & laminators.
  • Ability to fix issues with rips.
  • Experience overseeing a team.
  • Stringent eye for quality control, setup robust procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
