An exciting opportunity has emerged within the West Lothian Council's Housing, Customer & Building Services division for dedicated Housing Management Officers to join our dynamic Housing Operations Team. Candidates must possess essential skills to deliver exceptional housing management services to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold all Housing Management policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to current legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Assist tenants and their families facing complex challenges in maintaining their tenancies.
- Coordinate service delivery to guarantee that multi-functional services align with council policies and address the needs of tenants and their communities.
Qualifications:
A Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 qualification or equivalent is required, along with recent relevant experience in frontline Housing Management.
The successful candidates will have access to the West Lothian Council's Pool Car Scheme for authorized business travel.
