Main Responsibilities

To provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

Uphold the highest standards of care, adhering to our company's values and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Code of Conduct.

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, reporting any hazards or incidents to relevant personnel.

Set a positive example in terms of dress, manner, hygiene, and behavior, demonstrating a commitment to our company's values.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in care for the elderly, gained in a nursing home, hospital, or community setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage a diverse range of situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Knowledge of dementia and clinical support, with the ability to deliver high-quality care in this area.
