About the Role

The Sales Support Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the Collaboration Account Managers have the necessary support to manage their customer base effectively. This position exists to provide exceptional support to our existing customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service from the Sales Team. The role will focus on meeting our core customer pledge to deliver outstanding support and value to our customers at all times.

This is a Hybrid role with an onsite requirement of 2-3 days a week. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process AKJ Tickets and record data for reference
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to resolve queries
  • Create quotations and process additional orders for existing customers
  • Process PAC Replacement Requests
  • Create monthly billing reports
  • Create ad hoc reports on customer usage
  • Process credit requests
  • Maintain customer user data in Dynamics CRM System and Bolt Support System
  • Maintain internal user logins and passwords for supplier portals
  • Assist the Sales Team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Able to work under pressure to deadlines
  • Desire to learn

  • Knowledge of processing mobile connections with networks
  • Business Telecommunication experience
