Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Jack and Jill Day Nursery in Corfe Mullen. Our nursery provides a supportive environment where children can thrive and develop essential skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to plan and implement engaging activities and lessons.
- Conduct observations and contribute to weekly planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Model positive behavior and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
- Work as a full member of the team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive nursery environment.
Requirements:
- GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
- Able to gain a clear DBS.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to gaining qualifications in childcare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nursery Details:
- Located in the heart of Corfe Mullen village.
- Open all year-round, Monday to Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm.
- Minimum 30 hours per week, with shift patterns to be discussed.
