Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a superb SEN Secondary school located in Westminster, South West London.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a Psychology graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students with a range of needs, including ASD, SEM, and PMLD. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students individually or in small groups, utilizing your advanced knowledge in education.

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with a range of needs, including ASD, SEM, and PMLD
  • Assist students individually or in small groups
  • Utilize your advanced knowledge in education to support student learning
  • Develop valuable transferable skills, such as patience, understanding, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Requirements:

We are looking for a Psychology graduate with a passion for working with students with special needs. You will have a strong understanding of education and be able to utilize your knowledge to support student learning. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
