Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with students with special educational needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with special educational needs in the classroom and during individual sessions
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with autism, SEM needs, and PMLD
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive education for all students
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
