About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in the Kensington and Chelsea area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Supervise students during lunchtimes and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational programs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 month of experience as a Teaching Assistant or Tutor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude.
  • Confidence in working with children 1:1 and in small groups.
