Project Support Officer Role

Guidant Global is seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious Project Support Officer to join our team in the Gloucestershire or Manchester region. This contract role requires experience working in a secure environment and the ability to go through Developed Vetting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all documentation and communication is distributed as established.
  2. Track progress against project milestones and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Facilitate project workshops and scheduling of project meetings, including checkpoint and board meetings.
  4. Manage and update key project reports, including monthly highlight reports, risk and issues log, finance forecasting spreadsheets, and action logs.
  5. Ensure all project activity meets with the organisation's compliance standards.
  6. Produce ad-hoc reports as requested by the project manager and responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and accruals.
Essential Skills:
  1. Prince2 or APM qualification.
  2. Experience of using project tools, such as MS Projects and Primavera.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with key project stakeholders.
