About the Role

Agilent is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Curriculum Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop education solutions for instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning using instructional design principles.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve curriculum and course content issues.
  • Adhere to training development standards, guidelines, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in the areas of Gas Chromatography and analytical chemistry methodology.
  • Project manage education product development with vendors and consultants.
  • Support the deployment of courses to local delivery organizations.
  • Deliver select training through various mediums.
  • Lead and participate in projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a related field, such as analytical chemistry.
  • Several years of relevant work experience, including experience working in regulated laboratory environments.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
  • Knowledge of Agilent Gas Chromatography systems and techniques, including method workflows and GC method development.
  • Practical experience with Agilent GC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
