Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Job Summary
Cameron James is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our Internal & External Sales Division. As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering new business quotations on all classes of commercial insurance.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop your career with a highly respected broker. You will be contacting existing and new clients to discuss their commercial insurance requirements, developing accounts with premiums in excess of £10,000 across all classes of commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Delivering new business quotations on all classes of commercial insurance
- Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Excellent negotiation skills with insurers and prospects
- Ability to work enthusiastically and to timescales
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance market and its trends
- CII or progress towards is desirable
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
