Relief Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at our retirement developments in the region.
You will be working at the heart of our organization, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. Your role will involve managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to our residents, and liaising with various departments and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and secure.
- Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Liaise with various departments and external contacts, including contractors and sales teams.
- Facilitate social events and activities for our residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Administer the office, including managing paperwork and arranging contractors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A compassionate and caring approach to working with our residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality.
- Computer literacy, including experience of using Outlook.
