Relief Lodge Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Relief Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for covering the absences of permanent Lodge Managers on an "as and when" basis at Lodges within reasonable travelling distance for you.
You will be working at the heart of Churchill Estates Management, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners. Your role will involve managing both the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to our customers.
Based at a central desk within the development, you will be a visible and reassuring presence, while administering the office and arranging contractors to maintain the building.
You will play a key role in the business, liaising with a range of departments and external contacts. Your duties will include facilitating social events, supporting the sales team with customer viewings, and ensuring the safety and security of our developments.

You will be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, while also having the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of our customers and the security of our developments.
You will be happy working independently on your own initiative, and will have previous experience of using Outlook. Previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous.
