Job Title: Executive Complaints Handler

Clear Business is seeking an experienced Executive Complaints Handler to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving high-level complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve high-level complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with third-party organizations to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit case files to a high standard, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Develop and implement effective complaint resolution strategies to improve customer experience and reduce complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Complaints Team Manager to achieve team objectives and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in investigating and resolving high-level complaints in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with customers and third-party organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer information management systems.
