Store Manager Position

Yours Clothing Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Analyse sales data and forecast future sales to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in fashion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for retail
