Store Manager

About the Role
The Store Manager is a key position in our retail team, responsible for driving sales and profitability in store. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, and supporting them in creating an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve store targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs
- Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, and ensure the store is aligned with Pandora's local and global business strategy
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
- Ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy, and translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs
- Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
- A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail
