Responsum Global Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our multi-disciplinary consultancy, renowned for its work on prestigious projects worldwide. You will lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring their professional development and contributing to the overall growth of the building services engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the design process for a wide range of building services, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on site installations, collaborating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety plans, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
  • Conduct thorough energy consumption analyses and internal condition surveys, generating detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement planned maintenance specifications, procedures, and contract management strategies to optimize building performance and longevity.
  • Ensure compliance with Part L regulations and guide the team in implementing sustainable energy solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and securing repeat business through exceptional service delivery.
  • Actively participate in business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding the company's market reach.
  • Oversee financial management of team appointments, including invoicing, work in progress tracking, and debtor management.
  • Prepare comprehensive fee proposals and negotiate appointment terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on HR matters, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
