Lead Research and Insights with Passion and Energy

We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Research and Insights to join our team at Vanilla Recruitment. As a renowned creative agency, we're on the lookout for a leader who can champion the importance of research across the board.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact within our agency and across the industry. As the Head of Research and Insights, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team, working closely with Account Directors to ensure targets are exceeded, and taking charge of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a high-performing research team, ensuring the right people are in the right positions and providing training and support for success.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of research systems and processes, exploring new tools and methods to keep the team ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with Account Directors to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting research findings and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Manage a generous budget to ensure the team has everything they need to excel, from training and software to the latest hardware.
Requirements

We're looking for a proven research leader with extensive agency experience, a track record of driving business growth, and a passion for inspiring others. You'll be a natural communicator, able to present complex research findings to clients and stakeholders, and a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing research strategies that drive business results, and for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You'll be a key member of our leadership team, contributing to the development of our research function and helping to shape the future of our agency.
