School Business Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled School Business Manager to join our team at Aspire People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial and operational leadership to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and Influence Strategic Decision Making: Work closely with our clients' Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage our clients' support staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Change Management: Plan and manage change initiatives that align with our clients' strategic plans and goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a School Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Qualifications: A relevant degree or qualification in finance, business, or a related field.
- DBS: A valid DBS check on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
