Your Role
We are seeking a Manager with specialized knowledge in accounting and taxation related to R&D to lead the SR&ED team and undertake the following responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team engaged in specialty tax services concerning government incentives (SR&ED, IDMTC, and other programs)
- Prepare, assist, or review documentation and analyses necessary for tax credit claim submissions
- Collaborate with clients, financial managers, and technical directors to assess and research eligible activities
- Compile, review, or assist in the preparation of expenses or other accounting tasks associated with tax credit claims
- Mentor staff and invest in the professional growth of your team

Qualifications and Experience
- You have achieved your CPA designation along with the In-Depth Tax Program and/or a Master's in Tax
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of tax experience, including work with SR&ED and government incentives
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax legislation and incentives
- You are skilled in using tax return software (TaxPrep)
- You are bilingual in French and English
- You value teamwork, client service, and precision in detailed work
Compensation: 89,000/annum
