About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Manual. As a key member of our Creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Management: Manage the day-to-day handling of all our social channels and optimize content across various social media platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media innovations, leveraging insights to inform content strategy and execution.
  • Growth: Organically increase follower growth and engagement on Manual's core social channels through best-in-class content.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Manual's social media channels, aligning with overall brand objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Ideation and Concepting: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas that resonate with our audience and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia assets.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and copy, to ensure content alignment and coherence across all touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, strong creative vision, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with social media analytics platforms.
