About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at AM Recruitment. As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and execute customer account sales plans to meet desired sales and service needs
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win new accounts
  • Participate in plant visits, audits, and surveys to understand customer operations and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct water analysis and testing as required to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Drive the right behaviors around Safety, Team Work, and Company strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Technical qualification in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar Engineering environment, or time-served in the industry
  • Strong value delivery and selling strategies with a track record of winning new accounts and developing markets
  • Knowledge of specialty water and process chemicals and associated monitoring technologies
  • Enthusiastic, responsible team player with a positive attitude for product and personal learning
  • UK driving license
