Role Overview:
The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the operational integrity of a significant facility, ensuring that all technical services are executed to the highest standards. You will lead a dedicated maintenance team and collaborate with external contractors to uphold operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all technical operations within the facility.
  • Ensure adherence to established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage health and safety protocols and environmental performance.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance schedules and client project initiatives.
  • Implement quality control measures and procedures.
  • Facilitate recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Drive the professional development of staff through regular evaluations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Prepare and manage operational reports.
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Oversee the permit management system.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND or equivalent).

  • Strong technical engineering acumen.
  • Proven experience in managing large engineering teams.
  • Background in service delivery within high-profile environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule.
