  • Manage KPIs and SLAs.
  • Responsible for managing company H&S and environmental performance on site.
  • Manage P&L and budgets.
  • Responsible for managing company quality procedures on site.
  • Recruitment of new staff required on sites.
  • Responsible for the technical development of all staff.
  • Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Management of all reports.
  • Manage additional business opportunities to deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
  • Responsible for the permit system.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in an engineering discipline (C&G, HNC, HND or higher).
  • Strong technical engineering understanding.
  • Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
  • Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
  • Experience of service delivery in high-profile offices.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
