BMS Technical Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Technical Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional Building Management Systems solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BMS Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Building Management Systems, ensuring they meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise in BMS design, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of BMS installations.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their BMS needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training programs for internal teams and clients on BMS operations and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC plant and equipment operation
  • Fully Trend, Siemens PX, and Priva trained
  • Up to date CSCS Card & SSSTS Card
  • Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements
