BMS Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Technical Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Building Management Systems, ensuring they meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BMS Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of BMS solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS systems seamlessly with existing building infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects within established timelines and budget constraints, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise in BMS design, programming, and troubleshooting, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in BMS technology to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, mentoring and developing team members to ensure continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of BMS installations, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their BMS needs and provide tailored solutions, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training programs for internal teams and clients on BMS operations and maintenance, creating comprehensive documentation for BMS projects, including specifications, drawings, and manuals.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC plant and equipment operation
  • Fully Trend, Siemens PX, and Priva trained
  • Up to date CSCS Card & SSSTS Card
  • Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of health and safety requirements
