Your primary role will involve ensuring that all clients receive superior service, guidance, and solutions in a professional and timely manner. Collaborating closely with the Customer Services Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding our high standards and delivering top-notch support to our esteemed clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing both direct telephone and written communications with customers, consumers, and sales colleagues. You will be tasked with providing advice and assistance as needed, editing orders, entering orders into the system, updating necessary records, and following up on previous inquiries.
What are we looking for in you? You should possess a strong passion for customer service, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Being a team player with a positive outlook is essential, as working collaboratively with colleagues from various departments will be key to providing exceptional service.
