About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Data Officer to join our team at Six Degrees. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of our data assets, formulating future strategies, and spearheading essential initiatives to establish, integrate, and enforce data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Information oversight and governance, Data operations management, Identification and consolidation, Integration, Business process management, Analytics & MI/BI management, and Audit management.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-related projects and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that data management processes are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • ITIL V4 certification and CDMP certification.
  • Proven experience of successfully driving data improvement/governance initiatives.
  • Experience of working in a senior operations role that involves owning data management processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
