Job Title: AWS Chief Architect

At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking an experienced AWS Chief Architect to join our team. As a key member of our cloud architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate and present architecture visions, roadmaps, and strategies to stakeholders
  • Create architecture and data flow diagrams for Azure cloud environments
  • Ensure systems, applications, and data are high availability, backed up, and/or replicated to meet organizational requirements for disaster and business recovery
  • Analyse and ensure that proper monitoring and alerting systems are in place for systems, services, and applications
  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate Azure solutions into existing systems and applications
  • Ensure compliance of architectural and engineering policies, standards, and procedures
  • Work closely with development teams to support DevOps practices and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Serves as a quality control and assurance officer for guidance and outputs to ensure consistently high standards
  • Participates in the development of the department's strategic plans, training materials, and tools
  • Mentor and guide senior Infra & Solution Architects within the account
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in enterprise cloud architecture in medium to large companies
  • Proficient in Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Purview, Azure Private Link/Private Endpoint, and Azure SQL Database
  • Experience with cloud security, networking, and disaster recovery best practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
  • Experience with network security best practices and configurations
