Global Chief Technology Officer

Blair West is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive innovation and growth in our B2B SaaS business. As Global Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a technology strategy that supports our expansion into new markets and the launch of new product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Redesign and modernize our architecture to support rapid scaling and new product developments
  • Lead improvements to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by adopting best practices, increasing automation, and ensuring high-quality code via robust testing frameworks
  • Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes, reduce deployment times, and enhance product reliability
  • Evaluate and integrate acquired technologies and platforms into our existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance, security, and compliance
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience as CTO (or equivalent) leading high-performing technology teams in fast-paced PE/VC-backed business environments
  • Background in Software Engineering or Architecture
  • Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that support growth and innovation
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for developing business logic and frontend development, as well as experience with MS SQL Server and cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Strong experience with modern cloud services and architectural patterns, as well as architecture redesign for scaling
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or legal tech industries
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
