Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure group ledgers are maintained in accordance with both group and local statutory accounting standards.
  • Provide essential assistance during the year-end reporting and external audit processes.
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancements across month-end activities and internal controls to support the company's growth trajectory.
  • Execute month-end responsibilities, collaborating with various departments to guarantee ledger accuracy and adherence to group timelines, while preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in audits, prepare local statutory financial statements, advocate for best practices, and identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) Accountant with relevant audit experience.
  • In-depth technical understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in working alongside external auditors and advisors.
  • Open to flexible working arrangements, including both in-office and remote work.
