We are a TSA accredited 24/7 monitoring and response service, currently expanding our operations, and we seek empathetic and skilled Care Response Officers to be part of our team.
Role Overview
As a Care Response Officer, you will serve as a crucial connection between our clients and the essential services they require. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing both emergency and non-emergency calls from clients, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and reliable service.
- Visiting clients' residences to assist those who have experienced falls, utilizing specialized equipment to ensure their safe lifting.
- Coordinating with emergency services, healthcare professionals, and other organizations to guarantee clients receive the necessary support.
- This position allows you to make a significant impact, aiding elderly and disabled individuals in preserving their independence and safety within their homes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communication abilities and the capacity to engage sensitively with individuals of diverse ages and needs.
- Proven experience in high-pressure environments, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Competence in utilizing computer systems for accurate data entry and retrieval.
- A valid Driver's License permitting operation of vehicles with a manual transmission (a vehicle will be provided for work purposes).
