Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation among our workforce.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee lifecycle and people processes, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation changes, ensuring our operations remain up-to-date and compliant.
- HR Processes: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance across the business.
- HRIS: Ensure the HR system is accurate and up-to-date, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Performance Reviews: Manage the performance appraisal process, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Learning and Development: Support the development of L&D strategies and deliver training programs for People and Culture.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Benefits and Wellness: Manage relationships with external benefits providers and suggest enhancements to our benefits package.
- Budget: Track and manage HR budget spend.
- Payroll: Work with external payroll bureaus to ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll.
- Strategy and Analysis
- Support the creation and implementation of PCT strategy.
- Contribute to the delivery of the company strategy by working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
- Culture Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate the company's values, mission, and vision.
- Compliance and Reporting: Manage audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Organisation Design: Support the design and delivery of organisational design initiatives.
- Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion: Support DE&I initiatives and ensure HR policies and practices promote equal opportunities.
- Leadership and Mentoring
- Manage and develop the People and Culture Assistant, providing coaching and mentoring.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification.
- Substantial experience in HR, preferably in a luxury brand, with expertise across the HR spectrum.
- Experience implementing people strategy and operating in a culture-led organisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- International HR experience.
- Payroll Management experience.
- HRIS experience – preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
