Main Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustment of moving parts.

  3. Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
  4. Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Valid NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  3. Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
  4. DBS Checks will be conducted due to the nature of some customer sites.
  5. Basic computer knowledge to use customer log-on systems and company electronic devices.
