Job Title: Lift Service Engineer

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal lift performance.
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and restore service quickly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently to resolve problems and implement solutions.
