Job Title: Data and Analytics Manager

At Podean, we're seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll play a critical role in delivering actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary data and analytics point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, timely insights and reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for client strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketplace and previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python or R is a plus.
