Job Title: Data Analysis

At PODEAN, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis professional to join our team. As a Data Analysis, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.
  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations of data insights to clients, making complex information accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketplace and previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
