**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Data Analytics Officer to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust data strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Build and integrate data functionalities into our web application, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, enhancing customer experience
- Produce comprehensive data packs and reports using R, Excel, and BI tools, presenting findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a data-driven roadmap
Requirements
- Proven experience in data strategy and implementation
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong development skills with a deep understanding of data integration
- Proficiency in R, Excel, and BI tools for data analysis and report generation
- Demonstrated ability to produce and present data insights clearly and effectively
- Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members
- Confident communicator, capable of advising and influencing senior stakeholders
What We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, based on experience
