Senior Pension Scheme Administrator

Key Requirements:
Experience in Pensions

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of occupational pension plans in accordance with agreements and timelines
  • Direct daily operations for a selection of pension plans
  • Lead a team of up to 5 personnel
  • Manage intricate pension administration duties and computations
  • Handle treasury and payroll functions
  • Organize administrative projects and client responsibilities
  • Review non-standard communications and documentation
  • Address errors and grievances proficiently
  • Educate, guide, and support team members
  • Participate in trustee and client discussions as required
  • Ensure precise and prompt execution of client-related tasks
  • Assist in tracking transactional activities for clients
  • Resolve non-standard client/member inquiries
  • Provide evaluations on team performance

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in pension scheme management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in performing and clarifying complex calculations
  • Confidence in offering constructive feedback and mentoring
