About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by developing and delivering engaging activities, supporting events, and fostering meaningful interactions with families.

This is a varied and rewarding position that requires a caring and organized approach. You will be responsible for creating a program of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a range of activities, including therapeutic, recreational, and educational programs
  • Support events and family interactions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their loved ones
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable, but not essential
  • A committed and organized approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
