Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our nursing team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role
  • Lead and support a team of nurses to deliver person-centred care to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of the care home's policies and procedures.

Requirements
