About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales colleague at Places Leisure. As a Placemaker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting a welcoming environment, and inspiring others to work together to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and visitors
  • Manage daily operational tasks with confidence and strong execution
  • Advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people
  • Use sales tools and techniques to promote membership and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards
