We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Speech Therapist to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering specialist speech and language therapy support to infants and families on our neonatal units.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and manage early communication and feeding challenges associated with prematurity and health conditions in neonates.
- Work closely with neonatal consultants, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based care.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support infants and families.
- Conduct assessments, differential diagnoses, and management of dysphagia and other communication disorders in neonates.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence in neonatal care.
