As a General Operator, you will be responsible for performing precise assembly and manufacturing tasks, adhering to established procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise assembly and manufacturing tasks according to established procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines.
  • Help streamline the flow of work and information in the manufacturing area.
  • Adhere to all activities to agreed standards and behaviours.
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements.
  • IPC 610 certified / trained preferred.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in dexterity for precise tasks.
  • Ability to read and understand layouts.
  • Adherence to instructions.
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Completed ESD training.
  • PC literate.
  • Basic Microsoft Skills.
  • Microelectronics experience.
