**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team at Zed Accountancy. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the financial operations across multiple business entities and develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Bookkeeping and inputting supplier invoices into QuickBooks
* Managing monthly supplier payments and weekly employee expense payments
* Bank reconciliations and journal entries for multiple companies
* Supporting the Financial Controller with wage calculations, P&L statements, and budget processing
* Helping with end-of-year accounts and other financial tasks

**Requirements**

* At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role, ideally within a multi-company setup
* AAT Qualified/Finalist
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
* Knowledge of UK VAT and PAYE regulations
