About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Frome Sport & Fitness. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver a high-quality experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Duty Manager as-and-when required
  • Ensure a welcoming front of house presence is delivered at all times
  • Assume responsibility for centre operations on a shift rotation basis, including key holding, opening and/or closing the centre
  • Coordinate the efficient and effective deployment of the team
  • Undertake fitness instruction, reception, pool supervision, and/or membership sales as required
  • Cash reconciliation and banking duties
  • Assist in the development and management of a well-balanced activity and event programme
  • Deliver induction, training, appraisals, development, and performance management of staff where required
  • Conduct team briefings (Huddles)
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers
