Commercial Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Officer to join our team at InterQuest Solutions. As a Commercial Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering key commercial activities to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices and credit notes
  • Collaborate with delivery departments to acquire feedback for contract execution and KPI reports
  • Produce high-quality reports as required for business or contract execution
  • Develop and submit offers and quotations as requested
  • Support the Offers team as needed
  • Maintain departmental databases and reporting systems
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial business practices
  • Ability to create clear and concise reports
  • Proficiency in Google suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
  • DBS Security Clearance and eligibility for SC clearance are required
