About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charter Building Surveyor to join our team at Allcott Commercial. As a Senior or Associate level surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial survey work, including landlord and tenant work, contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, and commercial building surveys.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be confident in carrying out commercial survey work independently to a high standard. You will be based in Oxfordshire or Berkshire and will have a broad range of commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out commercial survey work, including landlord and tenant work, contract administration, reinstatement cost assessments, and commercial building surveys.
  • Support the team with a wide range of commercial survey work.
  • Work independently to a high standard, with strong attention to detail.
  • Have a broad range of commercial experience.
