About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Digitas Health. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual design concepts from concept to delivery across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to create cohesive and effective digital communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and engaging.
  • Work closely with design leads to support creative projects and ensure design guidelines are followed.
  • Design and layout presentation decks, campaign assets, and other visual materials.
  • Conduct competitor research to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Digital Designer for 2-3 years, with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to think across different media, including digital, print, and motion.
  • Collaborative and able to work closely with others on shared or similar projects.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a varied design background, with examples of strong design across various channels.
