About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Brand Designer to join our team at Creative Recruitment Limited. As a Digital Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging email designs, content, and templates that reflect our brand guidelines while remaining culturally relevant and capturing our customers' imagination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRM team to deliver strategic briefs, including delivering inspiring emails, new templates, and long-term projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand and e-commerce functions to create designs that meet our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handover of designs and assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work that showcases your skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience of email design across different brands, with a focus on fashion and/or sports.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, with the ability to create animations.
  • A solid understanding of video editing and formatting.
  • A good knowledge of asset packaging, optimization, and handover to development.
  • Good understanding of web development (CSS and HTML).
  • Strong grasp of email coding.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes.
